Project Manager
🌴 Why join Thynk?
Founded by a team of experienced SaaS founders and hospitality executives, Thynk is on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and become a new vertical SaaS giant. Our ambition is fuelled by a fantastic product built on top of the Salesforce platform and a spot on time to market.
We raised a 13M$ Series A from high-profile VCs (NY+EU) to scale our operations and expand to the US. Your role is key at our stage to make sure we scale the right way, it is an opportunity to have a big impact on the company.
Our customers are all over the world and so are we, with team members from 25 nationalities, based on 3 continents and 6 time zones - building a strong common culture while respecting the individual constraints of everyone in our remote-first environment.
Thynk is also going through a deep AI transformation — we are rebuilding how our internal teams work, from sales to delivery, around AI tooling (Claude, Cowork, Code). Joining us today means being on the inside of that shift.
By joining the Thynk Team, you will recognize yourself in our values :
Ambition - We think big and act boldly. We’re organized to move fast, scale quickly and set industry standards.
Care - We believe in the power of being surrounded by a diverse international team of all-stars, who are caring about each other and our customers. We prioritize balance and wellbeing.
Innovation - We look at the big picture to develop new solutions never done before. We believe in asking questions, challenging, and rarely taking no for an answer. We encourage our customers to do the same, and partner with them to bring forth this change.
Service - We develop services for people whose businesses are, above all, about quality of service. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our technology is simply a means of helping them deliver exceptional service to their customers.
📣 About the role
We are on a mission to revolutionize the $2T hospitality industry and to become a new vertical SaaS giant. As a rapidly growing SaaS company with high-performance teams and a collaborative culture, this position is vital to Thynk’s success.
Our Professional Services organization is scaling fast in 2026 — we are running more parallel customer implementations than ever, with deal sizes and complexity rising as we move upmarket. We are hiring a Project Manager to take direct ownership of customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, so our Implementation Leads and SF Specialists can stay focused on building.
You will join the Professional Services organization, reporting directly to Nicolas Arfouilloux (VP Delivery & CS). You will work alongside a fully remote team of Implementation Leads, SF Specialists, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success Manager, delivering for customers from boutique hotel groups to global hospitality chains.
Our product is a vertical SaaS suite built natively on the Salesforce Platform. You will not need to configure Salesforce yourself — but you will live close to the build, run customer conversations alongside the technical team, and be accountable for the outcome of every project you own.
AI is part of your toolkit, not a bolt-onAt Thynk, the PM role is being reinvented around AI. We expect you to use agents (Claude Cowork) to automate status emails, RAID updates, and recurring chase-ups; to lean on AI for predictive risk analysis across your portfolio (which project is about to slip and why); and to build small forecasting workflows that turn project data into early signals. You will not be running PMs the way you did five years ago — and we will give you the tools, training, and budget to do it the new way.
🧑💻 As our Project Manager at Thynk, you will:
Contribute as an individual contributor in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for:
Owning end-to-end delivery of 5-7 parallel customer implementations: from kickoff and discovery through configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and handover to Customer Success.
Managing project scope, timeline, budget, risk, and dependencies — keeping every project on track and inside its envelope, flagging issues early.
Running weekly customer status meetings and steering committees, producing clear written status updates, and handling change requests with discipline.
Coordinating the internal team (SF Specialists, Implementation Leads, Support Services, Technical Services) — making sure everyone knows what they own, by when, and what depends on them.
Using AI agents (Claude Cowork, Code) and lightweight automation to scale yourself across your 5–7 active projects: auto-drafting status emails, summarizing calls, chasing RAID items, populating tracker fields, generating exec snapshots. The PM job is now part operator, part agent orchestrator.
Building predictive workflows on top of project data: spotting slippage patterns early, forecasting timeline and burn, surfacing risk before it becomes a fire. Combining intuition with AI-assisted analysis.
Driving escalations both internally and with customers: surfacing problems early, proposing options, and getting decisions made.
Maintaining accurate project data in our internal systems (Notion Board, Salesforce, project tracker) so leadership has live visibility on capacity, burn, and pipeline health.
Contributing to our PS methodology: improving templates, playbooks, AI prompts and rituals as we scale from a small team to a multi-region delivery organization.
🍭 About you
You will be a great fit if:
You have 2 to 4 years of hands-on Project Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, or consulting.
You are fluent in core PM disciplines: scope management, timeline planning, risk register, RAID logs, status reporting, change management.
You have run multiple projects in parallel and can context-switch without dropping balls.
You are AI-curious and AI-active: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar tools in your daily work — for drafting, summarizing, analyzing, automating — or you are visibly eager to start. You see AI as leverage on your time, not as a threat or a fad.
You communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) and you are comfortable in front of customers, including senior stakeholders.
You are comfortable with modern PM tooling (Precursive, Rocketlane, Jira, Monday, Notion, Smartsheet — any combination).
You are EU-based (UK or France preferred; remote-EU welcome) with working-hours overlap with both our EU team and our US-East customers.
You operate well in a remote, async, multi-cultural environment, and you take ownership without needing micro-management.
Bonus points if you have:
Hands-on experience designing AI agents, scripting around LLMs, or building automated workflows (Zapier + AI, Make, n8n, custom Python/JS).
Experience implementing Salesforce-based products or other vertical SaaS solutions.
Exposure to the hospitality, or events industry.
A PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum, or similar).
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or admin — enough to ask informed questions in a config conversation.
Speak another European language (German, French, Spanish…).
This job is made for you if you like: getting things done, keeping multiple plates spinning, owning outcomes end-to-end, and treating AI as a real co-worker that takes the busy work off your plate. You enjoy a fast-moving, no-bureaucracy environment, and you would rather solve a problem than describe it in a deck.
This job is not for you if you are not: comfortable owning your projects without daily check-ins, ready to push back on internal teams and customers when scope creeps, eager to learn a vertical (hospitality) that goes beyond pure project mechanics, or open to letting AI change how you work day-to-day.
