About your manager : this is a key fast-track opportunity to come work and learn from our C-level Anne-Gaelle Delmond, former Manager at Roland Berger and former Start up executive in charge of Offer, Strategy and financial planning at papernest (from 70 to 1000 employees and from 5 to >60 M€ turnover in 6 years).
🧑💻 As our Senior Performance Lead, you will
Contribute in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.
Reporting to the C-level in charge of Sales Operations, FPN&A and HR, you will work hand in hand with the Leadership team and Thynk’ key stakeholders to beef up sales strategy, improve performance and roll out key projects within Thynk across 4 continents. You will be responsible for:
Revenue Operations
- Sales performance & growth roadmap (data enrichment, growth hacking / targeting, conversion,…) with key stakeholders
- KPI monitoring, reporting & business analysis, including transversal reviews
Lead Strategic Project and deliver ad-hoc analytic support
- Project Management : coordination of growth and/or improvement initiatives and reporting to Leadership team
- Strategy & analysis : Market analysis / business intelligence, new opportunities potential & quantification, go to market, etc.
Support Financial planning and Strategy
- Financials : P&L gearing, modeling & forecasting, levers for improvements
- Internal stakeholders : support to Leadership Team, assisting to weekly Comex
- External stakeholders : support to financing opportunities, strategic decks (investors boards), etc.
🍭 About you
You will be a great fit if you have:
- More than 4 years professional experience
- Previous experience in a leading Strategy Consultancy and / or substantial experience as a business / data / RevOps Analyst
- Diploma from a top-tiered engineering or commercial school
- You master Excel / G-Suite and ideally know another SQL-like language
- Have excellent analytical skills
- English speaker
- Fast learning curve
Bonus point if you:
- Know Salesforce
- Are a French speaker
