📣 About the role 

We are on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and to become a new vertical SaaS giant.

Thynk is built on Salesforce and we use Salesforce native CRM Analytics to develop and embed analytics into our system. It will be your mission to design, build and support analytics : Datasets, data recipes, dataflows and dashboards.

You will be part of a new, growing team for a high growth tech startup in the hospitality industry, within the Analytics team with a mission to make Thynk the best integrated & data-driven system in the hospitality industry.

We have 2 week sprints and 2 weeks releases. We are particularly close to the leadership team, the business and the product. Also, we are able to innovate at a rapid pace. We use Slack for digital communication and Notion as a collaboration tool.
 

🧑‍💻 As our CRM Analytics Developer at Thynk, you will: 

You will contribute as an individual contributor in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for :

- Development of Salesforce CRM Analytics assets

- Build and architect data transformations and recipes

- Design and improve dashboards

- Implement Analytics solutions, bug fixes and workaround

- Testing the analytics assets

🍭 About you

You will be a great fit if :

- You have a first experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Min 6 months)

- Good knowledge of SAQL language

- Notion of BI : Data modeling, Dashboard design and development, Data engineering (ETL)

- Notion of Git and Visual Studio Code

- User-centric and a certain level of creativity to design beautiful things

- Perfect English

Bonus point if you have :

- A Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery certification

- Experience with ISV / Managed Packages

This job is made for you if you are willing to build and develop a Salesforce CRM analytics department from scratch.
